It all begins on Tuesday, April 15 at 7 AM EST. Our radio hosts and special guests will be live on the airwaves Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7 AM - 9 PM EST and 7 AM - 7 PM on Wednesday. Saturday is from 9 AM - 3 PM. They will be asking you to help us raise the financial support needed to keep WYTJ on the air for the next 12 months.

Listener Appreciation Fish Fry
Here at WYTJ Radio, we are so thankful for each one of our listeners, that we want to invite you over for dinner. On Saturday April 19 from 11am to 1pm, we hope you'll join us in the gymnasium of Bethel Baptist Church for a free fish dinner with all the fixings. This open house gives us the opportunity to show you our appreciation; and it also gives you the opportunity to see the studio of your favorite Christian radio station. Come see what the Lord has done here through the prayers and financial support of listeners like you.

Honor a special day between May 2025-April 2026.
For each full day of broadcasting that you share ($200), you may choose a special day between May 1st and April 30, 2026 for us to help you honor someone.
What do you need from me?
One of our friendly operators will take your pledge and set up your date with all the information we need to create your acknowledgement: who is sharing the day and who/what will be honored on that day.
“So, what do you do exactly?”
We play the special Share-a-Day acknowledgments at the top of every hour for the entire 24-hour day that you choose, except during any hours when we have live programming scheduled. The acknowledgments will be kept very simple, stating who is sharing the day and why that day is special to them.
How do I sign up for a Share-a-Day?
Just give us a call at the station during Share-A-Thon at (812) 847-7222 or (812) 847-7442 and ask one of our friendly operators about which dates are still available.
When should I call to set up my Share-a-Day?
If you know that you want a particular date, the best time to call and make your pledge is on the first day of Share-A-Thon (April 15) to ensure you get the exact date you want.
SPECIAL NOTE:
If you are sharing the day in honor of someone in your household, and you want to keep it a surprise, make sure you give the operator a phone number that the honoree will not answer. If not, we might accidentally spoil your surprise if we need to call with a question.
